Refund & Replacement Policy

Because coffee is a perishable food product, we do not accept returns.

However, we will happily offer a replacement or refund if:

  • Your order arrives damaged

  • You received the wrong item

  • Your package is lost in transit

To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the issue

Once approved, we will process a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

Once an order enters production, it cannot be canceled as our coffee is roasted and packaged specifically for your order.
